Amazing, lovely location in Valkenburg aan de Geul, just next door to the center of the town and the natural park. Very relaxing stay, as always.

The room here was nicely decorated and had a fully-equipped private bathroom, and the hotel is conveniently located near the river and other attractions in a peaceful neighborhood.

The breakfast offered a wide array of nice meals. The location was good and unbeatable, with casinos and restaurants near the hotel. Set near a river and a hill, it was a plus...

Didn't like the staff, some of them were inexperienced.

The hotel has an amazing location, just a short 4-6 minutes walk from Holland Casino Valkenburg. the rooms are fashionable and tastefully decorated with a view. - the staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and friendly.

Comfortable bed, amazing bathroom, and coffee and a kettle in the room. Unbeatable and nice location - within walking distance of an ancient cave. - Professional and helpful staff always on hand.

Spacious rooms with a mini fridge - super handy. the shower was great, and the staff were really friendly 😊.

A View of Nature: Starting my day with a breathtaking view of nature stretching as far as the eye can see was like waking up in a fairytale land.

More Comfy Chairs: I would have liked some more comfy chairs in the bar area.

the clean and industrial look, paired with the friendly vibe of Limburg, made my stay delightful. the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable. the modern style of the room, complete with a coffee machine and kettle, was a nice touch. the staff was very friendly and the food was great. the location of the hotel was excellent. It was just a short walk from the city center, caves, wellness center, and train station. Renting a bike or scooter from across the street was convenient, and they could be safely stored inside the hotel. Cons: There was nothing I didn't like about my stay. 😊.

The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also commendable. There were no unnecessary stairs or obstacles, and everything was conveniently located on the ground floor, making it easy for me to navigate with my mobility concerns.

While my stay at the hotel was overall delightful, I do wish there had been more attention given to the needs of senior guests. The staff, while friendly and helpful, could have been more attentive to the specific needs of older individuals.
